Mostly? Relief.

I wonder if you can imagine, visualize, or simply pause a moment and think about,
how you might experience feeling more of that where you are right now.

That's what almost everybody feels when I talk with them.

Whether from stages with the companies and corporations that employ us, or in one-to-one or group hypnosis sessions with my fellow neurodivergent folks, my mission and purpose remain much the same: To engineer deeper levels of understanding, communication, and relationship, stronger and more supportive foundations from which to align, and to free the authentically aligned confident energy that becomes so much more available when the masks can be put aside, and it's finally *safe* to release the brakes.

Me?

For the first 58 years of my life, I was labeled "lazy" and "weird." Always taller than my age-peers, always different — physically and socially awkward...— I was a somewhat intellectually gifted mess.

What I did know was words and structures, and I learned early that speaking from stage was freeing for me in a way nothing else was.

Self-help, pop-psychology books, courses — almost a "course junkie" — coaching, therapy… it finally took hypnosis as a client with more than one hypnotist for me to reach something that actually helped me heal and grow. That journey led me to formal testing and professional diagnoses as autistic with ADHD and c-PTSD at age 58. The benefits I received from the powerful effectiveness of that modality was the turning point that decided things for me, that transformed hypnosis from the key to my own recovery into an integral part of my own vocation and career.

Today, I'm a certified hypnotherapist specializing in serving neurodivergent individuals and a speaker using the powers of stories and metaphors from stages — I speak from lived experience, supported by clinical training, and would like to invite you to come explore possible opportunities to play together in one of my favorite acronyms, FOCUS: Feed Our Connections Until Successful.

How Ross Serves Employers

and the Neurodivergent Community

Advocate for the Neurodivergent Community

I serve neurodivergent people — and the organizations that employ us.

From the stage, I use the powers of metaphor and story to illustrate different perspectives, to create some "A-HA!" effects. In my opinion, deeper understanding offers more space for comfort.

My mission is simple: Help companies create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive rather than merely survive and help those same individuals stop struggling against their brains' processes and start working more effectively with them.

Results Created? Safety, Ease, & relief

I remind audiences that they are safe where they are, as who they are — to accept, embrace, and lean into their "weird." When neurodivergent people free their awareness - energy for better uses than masking, code-switching, and struggling with forcing themselves to fit in, everything shifts.

We were clearly born to stand out. My work helps them do exactly that — with confidence, alignment, and authenticity.

For organizations, this translates directly into very real bottom-line IMPACT:
Better retention, stronger communication, and a workforce of folks that bring their whole selves to the mission.
